Time Flies...

Wow times flies when you are having fun. And so much fun we have had with these two wonderful boys. Last night after Stake Priesthood meeting Jordan and David were ordained Elders. They were just born the other day. I remember...
We are all so proud of them. These boys were born about 3 1/2 weeks apart. But because Jordan was born in December and David was born in January they were never in same primary class, but that is where the non-togetherness stops. They have been friends since you can be friends and I know for a fact that Jordan loves the Hunts as much if not more then he loves us. We love them that way as well. I love it when kids can grow up their whole lives together and still like each other when all is said and done.
So congrats to you both, and how great was it to be able to do it together. Now we look forward to mission calls and that whole experience. Here we go on the next ride. Hope it is as fun as the one so far. I love you both so much.
Thanks for being such great kids.

Twenty WHAT!!!

Happy Birthday wonderful daughter! Today is Rachel's birthday and I am really hoping that it is an amazing day for her. Here we are at Disneyland, we had so much fun.
I just want to say a few things about our Rachel. She is amazing, wonderful, talented, smarter then the average bear...the best mom and wife. She sings like a beautiful bird, and plays the piano so well. One of the things I admire about Rachel is her willingness to serve others. Since service is my favorite thing in the world this always impresses me about people. She is generous with her time and runs to the aide of friends and family in need whenever she is able.
She is a wonderful teacher. Her knowledge goes far and beyond and she is so willing to share that knowledge. We call our Google Girl. If any of us have a question we always just shout out, "ask Rachel and if she doesn't know she will just google it!!!" Love Her for that and sooooo sooooo sooooo much more.
She is amazing with that sweet baby. She sings to her, and plays with her, she giggles with her and gets the loose change out of her and Anna's eyes just light up when her mama comes into sight. I love that she reads her books. The other night at the beach the kids were going to Ruby's on the pier for a milkshake and Anna needed to go to bed. I told them I would take care of that and sweet Rachel said "Will you please read to her?" I said of course I will, and I felt so privilaged to have her allow me to have that sweet moment with Anna. Thanks for that Rachel.
We are so blessed to have Rachel in our lives. I hope she is feeling that, and I hope and pray she knows how much we love her. Thanks for all you do for our family Rachel. We are so glad that you are a part of us and that you are willing to put up with our crazy ways.
I hope you have an amazing day and that all your dreams come true.
WE LOVE YOU...
This is just after Anna was born and I just love this picture, isn't it beautiful.
HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY TO YOU.
You don't look a day over 18!!!

What a Week...

Here are the kiddos loving the water.
Stephanie and that adorable baby of theirs.

Three out of 6 caught the wave, I have never been able to catch a wave.
This really says I LOVE THIS FAMILY. We really had such a great time this week as a family. I was not so good at taking my camera down by the water so there aren't very many pictures this year. I was not a good photographer.
This is a starfish that the boys caught the week of Jordan's senior trip.
This is Herb's favorite position. He loves being out there and watching the kids and getting some rays. He has been in the water a ton. I have not stepped one little toe in this year so far. It is really cold.
Jordan is taking a ride on Stephanies cart. He is so funny.
Aunt Nei Nei is trying to get Anna to look at the camera, but she thinks Aunt Nei Nei is much prettier to look out.
Look at this baby. She loved disneyland. She is getting so big and is really starting to get more stable at the walking process. She would just laugh and laugh at everything. That baby makes our days so great.
I am so glad that Marilyn got to come with our family this week. She is such a great friend, really a sister that I love and adore, and so does my family. Thanks for coming Marilyn.
Here's grumpy, we found him along the way. Isn't Christopher so funny. He loves grumpy and he loved this hat so I could not resist.
When Anna is done, she is done, and she was done for about an hour and then right back up and happy again.
I caught the first group of kids coming down the logride, but missed the second. They had a blast, and came out soaking wet.
These are my wonderful kids. I wanted a lot of children, only got 4 of my own, but look how many more we have collected along the way, all wonderful and filling me up every day.

We had so much fun as a family, loved every minute, and made so many great memories. Thanks Herb for always providing ways for our family to enjoy time together. You are the best dad around, and I hope you know how much we love and adore you. And by the way, you are such a wonderful grandpa. Thanks kids for the memories, and for putting up with the noise and lack of space, it's a good thing we like each other!!!

Congrats to Jordan & Fun at the Beach

Check out those cute sandy toes, enjoying the first sun in a few days.
Cody is the best at climbing the rocks, he's quick, he's sneeky, and this week he is my FAVORITE!!!
I'm so glad Herbie finally go here. He is so happy to be just sitting and basking in the sunshine.
Congratulations to Jordan, who made the Arizona All State Boys 1st team. We are so proud of him and his accomplishments, especially the new hair on his chin.
Cool Dude!!!!

Look who we found at the airport. We are so excited to see these kids. Love them to pieces and miss them every single day...
So far this week is great, we are looking so forward to the whole family being together tomorrow at disneyland.... Yeah!!! Can't wait for Christopher and Rachel, and the big one year old Anna to get here and share in the fun. Have a great summer, I know we are.

Happy Birthday to you...Anna

I just can't express the joy of being a grandma. And this little sweetheart has filled that grandchild spot to a T.... She is precious, beyond precious. She is peacefull and fisty, and happy, and hillarious and she is soooooo amazing.
Today is her first birthday. I am missing it, just like I missed her birth. What kind of Grandmother does that? A rediculous one for sure. But she will be here to go to Disneyland with our entire family and I cannot wait.

I love all of Anna's faces, she has the best faces. I wish I had more recent pictures of her on this computer but I don't, I will when they get here and I will blog them as well.

Just incase anyone was wondering...this family is crazy about this baby. And now she is going to get a brand new baby girl cousin on the Sunderhaus side. I know that she loves her cousins on the Nielsen side. It is darling to see her play with them, so I am so excited for the new baby to get here and see how great she is with her.

I love this picture when Aunt Jacque first met Anna. Don't you just love this picture???

This is on Father's Day, the first time the we met her as well. She fell in love with her grandpa immediately. And needless to say he is just a pinch smitten with her.
I think the thing I love the most is her relationship with her parents. I only have this picture of her and her mother on this computer, but not only is she totally in love with her mom, she is totally in love with her dad. She brings such great love into this sweet family and I love watching both of them with her. They are gentle and darling, and loving and ever so proud of each of her accomplishments. Good Job Parents!!!
Needless to say I hope that Anna has a wonderful birthday. I thank her for coming to our family, and for loving us even though we are crazy. Here's to 100+ more years with this precious little red head. Thanks Rachel and Christopher for sharing your wonderful daughter.
We love you Anna!

Thanks for the memories girl...

Yesterday Herb took our sweet dog Sadee into the vet because she has really not been doing well for quite a while. I am so glad that I am in Oceanside and did not have to do that whole watching him take her away thing, I am so not good at those kinds of things. Anyway I am glad for her to not have to suffer any more. So today I am going to just remember all the great times we have had with her in the past 15 years +. That's a long time to have the same dog. It was a great ride and she was a really great dog, with lot's of energy and spunk. So thanks for the memories sadee girl, you will be missed for sure.

The Big Day...

Congratulations Jordan on your big day. I can hardly believe that it is really here. We are so excited for you. You are a great kid and your family loves you so much. So good job.
Last night at Seminary Graduation Jordan had to give a talk. He did a wonderful job and we were so proud of him. He has had a very busy week so far. Tuesday night he had his final interview to become an Elder. Wednesday night was Seminary graduation and tonight is High School graduation. Wow!!! what a week!!!
It just seems like yesterday that Christopher was graduating, and now as of tonight I am so finished with Mesa Public Schools. That seems crazy, but great.
David is graduation tonight too. These two kids have done almost everything together for most of their lives. They are born 3 weeks apart and have been really great friends ever since. So congratulations to David as well. We are so proud of you too.
I just thought that I would add this hillarious picture of when Stephanie straightened Jordan's big fro. Now he is cutting his hair shorter and so we won't get to have that experience as often. I just love this picture. He is always such a good sport to let her do that to him. Fun Kid!!!
Just want to say that I love you Jordan, and I am so proud of all that you have accomplished. I know that no matter what you do in life you will do it well. Enjoy the journey dude!!! It is a great one for sure. Can't wait for the beach!!!
We Love you beyond...
